Machinery Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for sales, business development, and building customer relationships.

Sales experience is required. Machinery industry experience is preferred but not required. Candidates from other sales backgrounds are also welcome, especially those with strong experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, or business development.

• Open and expand sales channels through door-to-door visits, networking, and other proactive prospecting methods.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities and close deals through face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, and on‑site visits.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored machinery product recommendations and solutions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, product demos, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate high‑quality leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals, providing regular progress updates to management.

• Extensive sales experience in the machinery industry, preferably with a proven track record in door-to-door and channel development sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and close high-value deals.
• Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable with proactive sales approaches.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.
