Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth with new and existing global distributors
• Create business plans aligning with corporate growth objectives
• Ensure profitability through pricing and trade spend management
• Analyze market data to define growth opportunities
• Lead the execution of launching new products globally
Requirements:
• Extensive experience managing international sales and distributors
• Proven success in scaling brands in the Beauty/CPG sector
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Fluent in P&L management
• Cross-functional leadership capability
