Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic sales and branch plans

• Lead and coach Outside Sales Representatives

• Build key client relationships and close major deals

• Monitor and report on sales performance and financials

• Drive efficiency in branch operations and offerings

Requirements:

• High School Diploma mandatory

• 3-7 years in distribution, electrical industry preferred

• 3-5 years of management experience

• College or University Diploma a plus

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
