Vice President, Corporate Development Sales
Location: Vaughan, ON. 2 days a week onsite, rest travel across GTA/Toronto for in-person meetings.

OverviewJoin one of our top clients in the financial services sector. Our well‑established, rapidly growing organization is expanding its Corporate Development sales team and is seeking three Vice Presidents.
Key Responsibilities- Build and grow strategic relationships with financial advisors, wealth management professionals, real estate brokers, mortgage professionals, accountants, lawyers, business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that generate new business opportunities and support capital‑raising initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate new referral channels aligned with the organization’s long‑term growth objectives.
- Expand market presence by implementing regional business development strategies across key Canadian markets.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and professional associations.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, co‑branded campaigns, and partner engagement strategies.
- Maintain an active pipeline, monitor key performance indicators, and provide market insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate development, business development, strategic partnerships, capital raising, or relationship management.
- Demonstrated success building and managing executive‑level relationships.
- Strong existing network within financial services, wealth management, real estate, mortgage, accounting, legal, or professional services.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a high‑growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related discipline. MBA and/or CFA designation considered an asset.
- Experience with exempt market investments, alternative investments, real estate syndications, or capital raising considered a strong asset.
