Pro Seal is expanding its team of motivated, commission-based Sales Representatives. This role invites candidates with sales experience who are self-starters and enjoy connecting with homeowners. You will generate residential leads, provide quotes, and close business independently while building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate leads through canvassing and local marketing
• Meet with homeowners to assess needs and recommend services
• Educate customers on offerings and value of services
• Provide on-site quotes to close sales effectively
• Track sales activity and leads using CRM tools
Requirements:
• Face-to-face or canvassing sales experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident working independently and outdoors
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
