In this dynamic role at Northern Farms, your key responsibilities will include processing customer inquiries and supporting Sales Representatives with necessary information. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as main point of contact for customer inquiries
• Provide Sales team with pricing and quote support
• Manage and enter customer orders in internal systems
• Communicate promptly about order changes and issues
• Prepare sales reports, summaries, and forecasts when needed
Requirements:
• Education in Business, Sales, or relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years in inside sales or customer service
• High attention to detail in processing orders
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
