As a full-time representative, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, both with existing and potential clients.
Your role includes communicating product details and setting up follow-up discussions for the sales team. Maintaining accurate CRM notes and assisting inbound calls will also be essential parts of your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call existing and potential customers daily
• Share information on GGH products and promotions
• Schedule follow-up calls for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Assist with inbound customer inquiries when required
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls
• Organized with attention to detail
• Positive and team-oriented mindset
