As an ASM, you will report to the District Sales Manager and play a vital role in managing relationships and expanding sales at Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD) accounts. This role requires you to assess ongoing product needs and drive sales initiatives through effective execution and merchandising techniques. You will ensure all Red Bull equipment is in excellent condition and uphold brand standards across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer contacts within assigned accounts
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through visibility
• Meet monthly sales goals focusing on various metrics
• Evaluate competitor initiatives and adjust accordingly
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices
Requirements:
• Clean valid Driver’s License
• Background in sales and DSD experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Proficiency in English, additional languages valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
