Grey Goat Hardware (GGH) is a Canadian leader in glass and architectural hardware, known for quality, innovation, and reliable service. We’re growing fast and looking for an In-House Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our team at our Concord Head Office.

• Call existing and prospective customers.
• Share information about GGH products, promotions, and services.
• Book follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
• Keep accurate notes in our CRM system (training provided).
• Work closely with the Head of Sales to support customer growth.
• Help with Inbound calls when needed.

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or call center preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of daily outbound calls.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
