Reporting directly to the Hardlines Group Sales Manager, this position requires knowledge of firearms and an ability to provide outstanding service. You will interact with customers, helping them identify their needs and ensuring they find the right products. The job includes maintaining the sales floor and presenting products attractively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers with firearm evaluations and recommendations

• Promote in-store programs and initiatives for enhanced customer engagement

• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards in the store

• Use judgment to address customer inquiries effectively

• Assist in different store sections during peak periods

Requirements:

• One or more years in sales or service roles is advantageous

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

• Must hold Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License

• Ability to exceed customer expectations consistently

• Enthusiast for outdoor activities and knowledge of firearms
