Elevate client design experiences as a Design Consultant, engaging directly to understand preferences and delivering tailored solutions. This full-time position requires a focus on customer service, product knowledge, and effective sales strategies.

As a Design Consultant, you'll work closely with clients in a creative in-person environment. Key responsibilities include using design tools like Sketch Up and CAD, managing POS transactions, and conducting personalized consultations. Multilingual abilities and retail design experience are highly valued, as you guide clients through selecting premium products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to determine design needs and preferences

• Conduct product demonstrations for high-end items

• Utilize design software to visualize concepts

• Upsell and manage account relationships effectively

• Assist with showroom merchandising and displays

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or sales in design

• Proficiency with Sketch Up or CAD software

• Strong negotiation and upselling skills

• Excellent English communication skills; multilingual is a plus

• Customer service-oriented with organizational skills
