The Sales Project Coordinator supports sales and project operations by coordinating orders, managing project timelines, and assisting with product and market initiatives. This role acts as a key link between sales teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects, accurate information flow, and strong customer satisfaction.
Main Duties
Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryTrack project progress and communicate updates to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.Support sales activities by providing product, technical, and project-related assistanceAssist with product launches, pricing, and market opportunity research.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure project successPrepare, maintain, and update project and customer data in company systemsFacilitate communication and training support for sales teams on products and processesParticipate in customer meetings, joint sales calls, or trade events as requiredHandle order changes, returns, billing coordination, and problem resolutionPerform other related duties as assignedRequirements
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred,1–5 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or a related role,Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and with customersProficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systemsProblem-solving ability and sound judgment in handling customer and project issues.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBasic product or industry knowledge (technical knowledge is an asset)Willingness to support occasional travel or on-site meetings if requiredBenefits & Perks:
