Responsibilities
- Actively approach customers, identify their needs, and advise them on the best solutions.
- Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, correctly priced and fully stocked, maintaining IKEA basic merchandising standards.
- Actively learn about relevant product features and benefits, sharing this knowledge with customers and co‑workers.
- Seek support and guidance from co‑workers and stakeholders, as well as provide support to co‑workers.
In the IKEA world, this position is officially referred to as Sales Co‑worker II.
