Sales Manager at Sonepar

As the Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Vice President, guiding a dedicated team while executing strategic sales plans. With 3-7 years of experience in a distribution environment, preferably in electrical, your role will involve setting sales targets and overseeing territory management to ensure achievement of corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and implement sales strategies across the region
• Coach and develop Outside Sales Representatives effectively
• Build lasting relationships with key clients and negotiate deals
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions when necessary
• Prepare and present at industry events and client meetings
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 3-5 years of management experience in sales
• 3-7 years' experience in a distribution or electrical field
• College or University Diploma preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
