Drive account growth with ITN Food Corporation as a Key Account Executive focusing on CPG and FMCG. This position encompasses engaging retail and ecommerce channels while ensuring product visibility and customer satisfaction.
As a Key Account Executive reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for managing retail, grocery, wholesale, and ecommerce accounts. This hands-on role requires expertise in CPG/FMCG account support, including pricing support, promotional planning, and market analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer relationships and commercial execution across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage retail, wholesale, and ecommerce customer accounts
• Assist in promotional planning and product listings
• Track sales performance and account activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Conduct market checks and customer visits
Requirements:
• 3–4 years CPG/FMCG experience
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace
• Strong Excel skills for sales reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must have valid driver’s licence and vehicle
