Role Description The Sales Manager role at Infinit Drones is a full-time, on-site position based in Woodbridge, ON. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, set sales targets, and develop strategies to grow revenue across key industries such as agriculture, surveying, and mapping. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts.
The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on sales results. The Sales Manager is expected to build strong relationships with new and existing clients and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, including leading sales teams and setting performance goals.
- Proven skills in business development, account management, and relationship building with B2B clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities for engaging stakeholders and closing deals.
- Familiarity with drone technology, mapping, surveying, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Capacity to work on-site in Woodbridge, ON, with flexibility to travel to client locations and industry events as needed.
