Elevate the shopping experience as a Part-Time Brand Ambassador for American Eagle at Vaughan Mills! Engage guests passionately, showcasing both AEO and Aerie products while building brand loyalty.

In this role, you will embody the spirit of AEO, connecting with guests and enhancing their shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for our products will shine as you educate customers on features and benefits. You'll utilize the AEO Selling Model to encourage sales, assist team members, and resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Educate customers about AE and Aerie products

• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and offerings

• Flexibly work across Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Resolve guest concerns proactively and efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of age

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Passionate about AEO and Aerie

• Strong ability to multitask in a busy environment
