Wagepoint seeks a skilled Territory Account Executive to tackle payroll and HR technology challenges. Engage actively in the field and grow the partner channel across Canada.
In this senior sales role, you will own the full partner sales cycle, focusing on the Ontario or Greater Toronto Area territory. Your efforts will drive net-new partner agreements and enhance client growth within the first year. With a hands-on approach, you'll engage in face-to-face meetings and events to establish the Wagepoint brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet territory quotas for new signed partners
• Self-generate pipeline through various sourcing strategies
• Maintain a disciplined field-sales approach, being on the road frequently
• Manage the entire partner sales cycle effectively
• Foster growth for newly signed partners through activation milestones
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in quota-carrying sales experience
• Field sales experience with a partner-driven sales model
• Proven success in SaaS or payroll-related sales
• Proficiency with modern CRM tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable travel means
