As a key member reporting to the Parts Manager, you will utilize your 2-3 years of experience to sell parts and provide support to customers. Candidates must demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring retail sales floor standards and managing inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell and source parts to meet customer needs
• Generate and complete accurate order quotes
• Assist customers with service and warranty post-sale
• Make and answer sales calls efficiently
• Ensure shipment accuracy and document checks
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in parts sales or similar experience
• Strong product knowledge is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with computers and spreadsheets
• Flexibility to work extended hours
