Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by actively engaging customers on the sales floor

• Provide perfect bra fitting through effective questioning

• Process customer transactions promptly at the cash wrap

• Maintain back room and replenish stock to brand standards

• Execute floorset activities in adherence to brand guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

• Strong customer engagement and communication skills

• Flexibility to work during peak periods

• Understanding of visual merchandising standards

• Experience in retail sales is a plus
