Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate – Vaughan, ON

• Build relationships with customers by handling product inquiries, sourcing additional products, and receiving & processing orders at the counter.
• Offer product knowledge, confirm stock availability, and maintain showroom and counter shelves.
• Pick, ship, receive orders and replenish stock levels while supporting warehouse operations.
• Service customers via counter sales, confirm stock availability, process orders and inquiries, and consistently provide a high level of customer service.
• Act as a brand ambassador by building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives to enhance customer experiences.

• 1–2 years of prior counter sales or warehouse experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50,000–53,000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Variable pay or other components are not included in the range.
