The Director of Business Development will spearhead initiatives aimed at expanding SERVPRO's presence in the Canadian insurance ecosystem. This growth-focused position emphasizes developing relationships with insurance carriers, executing local marketing strategies, and enhancing franchise-aligned operations. Candidates must demonstrate strong capabilities in lead generation, national account management, and brand stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop national and regional business development strategies
• Manage life cycles of target accounts from identification to success
• Assist with system alignment related to carrier initiatives
• Ensure coverage goals and revenue targets are met
• Act as SERVPRO brand ambassador at industry events
Requirements:
• 10+ years in business development or national accounts
• Knowledge of the Canadian insurance claims environment
• Proven credibility with insurer stakeholders
• Experience in franchise and multi-unit business models
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred
