As a key part of Advantage Solutions, you will lead a demo team in a major retailer, fostering customer connections and driving product sales. This role requires previous demo and managerial experience, as well as a commitment to food, health, and safety standards. You will supervise Brand Ambassadors, ensuring expert interaction and compliance with safety protocols during events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise demo events and engage customers effectively
• Train and direct Brand Ambassadors during sampling activities
• Drive sales and enhance product visibility in-store
• Maintain food, health, and safety compliance standards
• Communicate with team members and management consistently
Requirements:
• Prior experience in demo supervision and management
• Valid food, health, and safety certification
• Ability to lift up to 23 kilograms regularly
• Reliable transportation for assigned territory
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
