You should possess 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales within the retail or outdoor industries. This role is perfect for individuals with both hunter and farmer mindsets, allowing you to nurture existing customer relationships and identify new leads. Key Responsibilities:
• Grow Karbon’s teams and resorts program through outreach
• Document interactions with current and prospective customers
• Communicate program specifics to potential clients
• Manage order entries and prepare production detail sheets
• Collaborate across teams for customer service needs
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in sales or customer service
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Process-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
• College or University degree
• Interest in skiing and outdoor adventures
