• Consistently deliver on KPIs and be cross‑trained across store functions, mentoring new team members.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, demonstrating care in both written and verbal interactions.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
• At least 18 years old, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand extended periods, lift 50+ lbs.
• Consistent schedule – at least 20 hours per week preferred; usually up to 12 hours per week, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks and not exceeding 30 hours per week.
• Reliability: scheduled during peak or critical shifts, including weekends.
