Position: National Business Development Leader - Zurn Elkay
Drive business growth for Zurn Elkay in Canada as a National Business Development Manager focusing on Drains & Siteworks. This full-time virtual role is pivotal in expanding market presence and customer satisfaction.

In this strategic leadership position, you will spearhead profitable revenue growth and refine sales initiatives specifically for the Drains & Siteworks product line. Collaborating with sales managers, distributors, and engineers, your goal is to enhance customer engagement and optimize business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target segments

• Expand market share within existing accounts across Canada

• Analyze market conditions and competitors to inform strategy

• Support brand visibility through trade shows and seminars

• Advocate products while educating internal teams and partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred

• 7+ years in sales/business development in plumbing or technical fields

• Strong knowledge of drainage products preferred

• Excellent communication skills for various audiences

• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
