In this full-time role reporting to the Director of Technology Solutions – Graphic Systems and Solutions, you will provide comprehensive technical support during sales processes. Your responsibilities include managing demo equipment, crafting custom samples, and collaborating with sales teams to meet customer expectations. A solid background in the graphic industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare demo area and load all necessary materials

• Demonstrate wide-format printing technology and capabilities

• Create tailored samples such as retail graphics and signage

• Provide insights to sales teams based on customer feedback

• Maintain safety and organization in the demo environment

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in the graphic and printing sectors

• Experience with production software such as Onyx or Caldera

• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage stress

• Excellent teamwork and communication proficiency
