Event Execution Manager for Group Sales

Take charge of event execution with a focus on group sales at our company. As an Activation Manager, you will enhance client relationships and ensure seamless event operations.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who excels in stakeholder management and effective communication. You'll oversee all aspects of event execution for sponsorship and group sales while maintaining high standards in service delivery. Your leadership will be key in managing support teams and resolving any client issues during events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive communication between clients and internal teams

• Manage day-of execution for all group events

• Oversee the planning and coordination of team activities

• Ensure accuracy in order details and billing processes

• Lead execution of in-park sponsor ships as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Hospitality preferred

• 2-4 years of experience in related field

• Strong multitasking and project management skills

• Proficient in business software applications

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
