Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for retail and service inquiries

• Recommend and sell parts and accessories over the phone and in-person

• Build relationships to promote retail and wholesale sales

• Determine parts availability and manage special orders

• Prepare and organize parts orders for distribution

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of proven parts sales experience

• Proficiency with ERP systems like CDK or Reynolds

• Secondary School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
