Account Manager for Technical Sales

The Outside Technical Sales Representative position requires you to grow relationships with Wholesale and Automatic Door Distributor customers in Canada. You will leverage your technical skills to provide critical product knowledge, ensuring that clients receive top-notch support. Engage directly in business development, customer visits, and strategic initiatives alongside the General Manager to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow a portfolio of key customer accounts

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities

• Develop account plans and growth strategies

• Deliver product training and support customer onboarding

• Maintain customer records and pipeline accuracy

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of sales experience in a technical field

• Experience in the construction hardware industry

• Valid driver’s license and travel readiness

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
