This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative/Telemarketing Specialist role based in Concord ON. The Telemarketing Specialist will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups or appointments. Responsibilities include accurately capturing customer information, responding to inquiries, and providing clear, professional information about offerings. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to support campaigns, meet call and conversion targets, and document all interactions in CRM or tracking systems.

The Telemarketing Specialist will also handle basic customer support issues, elevate complex concerns as needed, and contribute feedback to improve scripts and calling strategies.

Pay Range: $21–$23 per hour, based on experience

Work Timing: Monday–Friday

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette
• Lead generation and sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and support closing activities
• Customer service and customer support skills to handle inquiries, manage concerns, and maintain positive relationships
• Comfort working with call scripts, CRM systems, and basic office software
• Proven ability to meet performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and follow-up timelines
• High level of reliability, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Concord, ON and collaborate effectively with team members
• Previous telemarketing, inside sales, or call center experience is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage
