As an Account Manager, your focus will be on managing and growing your assigned accounts while delivering outstanding customer support. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and oversee projects, ensuring timely communication throughout the process. Strong product knowledge and relationship-building skills are essential to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage dealer, builder, and contractor accounts effectively
• Provide accurate quotations and pricing to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams for project success
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist clients
• Participate in trade shows and customer meetings
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Account Management
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence required
