Roy Foss Thornhill  is seeking an experienced and professional

Part Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3years’ experience in this role. This individual is passionate, professional,has a positive & outgoing attitude, and shares our obsession with customer service.

• Strong track record of greeting eachand every guest that enters our drive thru while provide exceptional customer service during the guests visits to drive customer loyalty.
• Ambitious, willing to go the extramile and room for advancement within the dealership
• Above average happy smiling disposition (even if you cannot see under a mask)
• Engage walk in guests promptly,personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome.
• Problem solver – what is plan B when things get backed up or things do not work as scheduled.
• You must have empathy for the customer and be able to show them you care and put them at ease
• Committed and Passionate about customer service excellence and daily commitment to CSI with wiping down all vehicle touch points (steering wheel, door handle, shifter armrests and keys)
• Cash out/invoice guests and their vehicles
• Must be able to multi task in a fastpace environment
• You must thrive in a family environment.
