Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and lease both new and pre-owned vehicles

• Uphold effective sales processes to maximize profitability

• Guide staff training to ensure customer satisfaction

• Work alongside consultants to finalize vehicle sales

• Implement timely follow-up with customers post-visit

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in sales and customer service

• Proven leadership skills with a commitment to excellence

• Ontario Driver's License with a minimum of 3 years

• Possession of a valid OMVIC License

• Familiarity with One Eighty, vAuto, Auto Alert is beneficial
