Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the sale and lease of new and used vehicles

• Enhance overall sales strategies for better outcomes

• Provide training to staff on consumer engagement

• Support consultants in closing vehicle sales

• Ensure customer follow-ups are conducted within 24 hours

Requirements:

• Deep professional experience in sales and customer service

• Strong drive for excellence and leadership capabilities

• Valid Ontario Driver's License and 3+ years of driving experience

• OMVIC License is essential

• Experience in One Eighty, vAuto, Auto Alert is a plus
