Car Sales Manager

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role as a New Car Sales Manager at Willowdale Automotive Group, located in Vaughan, ON. The New Car Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth sales processes. Responsibilities include monitoring showroom activity, leading and motivating the sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, ensuring compliance with dealership policies, and providing a high level of customer service.

• Proven expertise in Sales Processes and New Vehicle Sales
• Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Strong leadership and management skills to supervise and motivate a sales team
• Understanding of automotive industry trends and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales experience is an asset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Previous sales management experience in an automotive dealership is preferred
• Valid driver s license and clean driving record
