Advisors should have a strong interest in menswear, excellent customer service skills, and comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience.

• Engage customers on the sales floor and through appointments to create exceptional client experiences and repeat business.
• Conduct personal sales and holistic selling, presenting merchandise strategically to maximize add-on and accessory sales.
• Educate clients on the Sartoria Loyalty program and other customer benefits.
• Follow up with existing clientele and drive new business through outreach and relationship-building.
• Participate in merchandising activities, store maintenance and support fittings and alterations.

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury menswear environment.
• Experience across departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure is preferred.
• Proven ability to inspire repeat business through exceptional customer service both in-store and online.
• Willingness to participate in training initiatives and apply new skills on the job.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and its application to retail customer service, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
