You will manage relationships with both customers and team members, leading sales strategies and complying with essential paperwork as part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales team performance through leadership
• Coach and assist Brand Ambassadors in sales tactics
• Ensure accuracy in compliance and documentation
• Train staff on “One Price” and “One Touch” sales
• Maintain customer engagement through frequent follow-ups
Requirements:
• Background in vehicle retail sales
• Experience in a leadership capacity is an asset
• Clean and valid Ontario Driver's License
• OMVIC Certification is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
