Become a Sales Ambassador focused on creating exceptional in-store experiences and enhancing customer relationships through expert styling and product knowledge. This role is key in driving sales and supporting store standards for potential future management roles.

The Sales Ambassador position centers on delivering personalized client services and product recommendations, converting interactions into sales. You will drive sales targets by utilizing digital tools and analyzing KPIs, while also leveraging your CRM skills to support omnichannel experiences. Additionally, you will coach and mentor new Brand Ambassadors, maintaining high visual merchandising standards throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations

• Drive sales goals and track performance metrics

• Capture customer data using CRM for effective outreach

• Mentor Brand Ambassadors and support their training

• Uphold visual merchandising as per standards

Requirements:

• Experience in high-volume or specialty retail preferred

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to stand and lift 30 lbs as needed

• Flexible working hours, including evenings

• Digital selling tools and CRM proficiency preferred
