In the role of Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate, you'll report directly to the Branch Manager, focusing on customer service and stock management. You'll tackle inquiries, provide product knowledge, and ensure showroom standards are met. This dynamic role also includes duties related to order processing and shipping from the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized service to customers at the sales counter
• Process orders and confirm availability of products
• Keep the showroom well-maintained and inviting
• Receive and ship orders, supporting stock replenishment
• Enhance brand recognition and customer experience
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant counter sales and warehouse experience
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
• Skilled in handling multiple tasks in high-pressure situations
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Maintain a positive attitude under challenging conditions
