AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to provide advanced technical leadership and review on complex national projects. With expertise in groundwater characterization and contaminant hydrogeology, you will act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to both project teams and clients. This position demands a seasoned professional with notable regulatory credibility and scientific excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and critique hydrogeological conceptual models and investigations

• Provide quality assurance on hydrogeology deliverables and methodologies

• Act as a trusted advisor to project managers and regulators

• Support project scoping and technical proposal development

• Contribute to innovation and strategic initiatives within hydrogeology

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hydrogeology or related field

• Licensed professional (P.Geo. or P.Eng.) in Canada

• 20+ years of hydrogeology consulting experience

• Expertise in numerical groundwater modeling and geothermal systems

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
