As the Crew Leader in Research and Monitoring, you will oversee daily fieldwork with a focus on environmental inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ensuring crews adhere to safety protocols and methodologies. You will coordinate fish sampling, water quality collection, and maintaining monitoring equipment in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staff fieldwork and prioritize project timelines

• Carry out monitoring activities and data collection

• Conduct inventories and maintain sampling instruments

• Perform data entry into internal databases

• Lead daily safety meetings with staff

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Biology or related field

• 2+ years of experience in environmental monitoring

• Proficient with monitoring equipment and standards

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
