This role within our WeFix Repair team emphasizes timely, high-quality repairs while keeping customers informed throughout the process. You'll manage appointments and uphold the brand image by maintaining the mobile workshop and vehicle in pristine condition. Your responsibilities include monitoring performance to meet KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality repairs on customer devices

• Perform detailed quality checks and effective communication

• Handle full repair cycle and documentation

• Keep mobile workshop and equipment organized

• Evaluate personal performance based on service standards

Requirements:

• Must have a G/A Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Understanding of electronics with a desire to expand knowledge

• Clear verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong customer service ethic with a friendly approach

• Capability to thrive both independently and collaboratively
