Facilities Handyman

Position: Facilities Handyman ON
Join a proactive team as a full-time Facilities Handyman in Vaughan, ON. Oversee diverse maintenance tasks and ensure property functionality and safety across commercial and residential spaces.

This important role requires a reliable candidate with strong handyman skills and a service-oriented mindset. With a focus on building maintenance, cleanliness, and efficient responses to emergencies, you will manage various tasks including inspections, repairs, and janitorial duties. Additionally, your organizational skills will be essential to coordinate maintenance efforts across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of properties and grounds

• Perform various handyman repairs like drywall and plumbing

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office spaces

• Monitor HVAC, lighting, and building systems

• Assist with vendor access and property inspections

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of building maintenance experience

• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
