Elevate your technical expertise as a Field Technician with Soprema, providing support for Roofing and Building Envelope systems. This role includes training clients and evaluating installations on-site.
As a Field Technician, you will support the sales team and clients by offering technical guidance related to Soprema systems. Your responsibilities include diagnosing application problems, ensuring proper product installation, and delivering necessary training. The role combines 3 to 5 years of roof installation experience and strong communication skills to collaborate with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for installed systems on jobsites
• Conduct equipment support for product applications
• Train clients on Soprema product offerings
• Ensure proper assembly of roofing products on site
• Complete reports for warranty projects efficiently
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of roof installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a good abstract
• Advanced English communication skills
• Familiarity with construction building materials
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
