Become a Mobile Equipment Technician at our Bolton facility. This full-time role is essential for maintaining safety and reliability within our distribution centers.
As part of our team, you’ll focus on supporting a range of mobile equipment, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance. You'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, working closely with schematics, and ensuring our fleet adheres to safety regulations. Your expertise will be critical in keeping our operations running smoothly by addressing equipment issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain various types of mobile handling equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues
• Perform inspections and ensure safe equipment operation
• Document maintenance activities accurately in CMMS (MAXIMO)
• Collaborate with vendors for effective repairs
Requirements:
• Ontario certification as Powered Lift Truck Technician (282E) or similar
• Experience with maintaining industrial mobile equipment
• Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Willingness to work night shifts from 7pm to 7am
• Capability to perform moderate-heavy lifting and work at heights
