As a Field Mechanic, you'll inspect, service, and maintain a fleet of diverse construction machinery, ensuring smooth operations for customers. We're looking for candidates with at least three years of mechanical experience, a solid understanding of diesel engines and hydraulic systems, and strong problem-solving skills. Adherence to safety policies is paramount, along with maintaining thorough documentation of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and service construction equipment on customer jobsites

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions efficiently

• Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure performance testing

• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions

• Maintain detailed records of inspections and repairs

Requirements:

• Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean record

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience required

• Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and computer applications

• Familiarity with 310T or 421A licenses is an asset

• Willingness to work on-call and complete drug testing
