Crown Lift Trucks Service Technician

This Field Technician role reports to the Field Service Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction and technical efficiency. You’ll drive to various locations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform safety tests. Your strong communication skills will facilitate effective repairs and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair Crown and competitor lift trucks

• Estimate repair costs and manage parts orders

• Conduct safety and operational tests on equipment

• Ensure customer satisfaction and relay feedback

• Complete required training and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license is required

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
