Responsibilities Install HVAC and hydronic systems including:
Furnaces, heat pumps, VRF, Ductless Split systems
Radiant heating & snow melt systems
Mechanical rooms and piping
Work independently from drawings and scope.
Coordinate with:
Management
Site teams
Other trades
Troubleshoot and solve daily site issues.
Maintain job progress and timelines.
Ensure high-quality workmanship.
5–10+ years experience in HVAC and/or hydronics.
Robust knowledge of:
Mechanical systems
Installation best practices
Ability to:
Work independently
Lead small crews when required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications Gas license (G2/G1), Vaid Drivers License, Refrigeration Liscense an asset, ODP.
Compensation Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
