Area: Modern Niagara Toronto – Insulation

The Insulation Driver supports the Toronto Insulation team by ensuring materials, tools, and fabricated components are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. They help keep projects moving by maintaining organized inventory, preparing job sites, and supporting field teams with reliable communication and coordination. Key Impact / Purpose
Ensure timely, accurate delivery of materials, tools, and fabricated components to support field productivity.
Maintain organized, up‑to‑date insulation inventory to reduce delays and improve planning.
Support job site readiness through setup, cleanup, and coordination with forepersons and the Insulation Labour Manager.
Uphold Modern Niagara’s safety standards through safe driving, hazard awareness, and adherence to all regulations.
Duties And Responsibilities
Complete material pickups and deliveries on time; communicate proactively when schedules need adjustment.
Coordinate with Insulation Forepersons to ensure all required materials and tools are available on site.
Maintain a live Excel inventory sheet for field teams to reference before ordering from suppliers.
Set up and clean off job sites across the Toronto region.
Fabricate cut and rolled metal, end caps, and cut and rolled PVC as needed.
Operate common insulation shop tools safely and effectively.
Follow all road regulations and Modern Niagara health and safety policies.
Report hazards and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
Provide feedback to forepersons on scheduling, resource needs, and challenges.
Must‑Haves
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Strong communication skills with suppliers, forepersons, and supervisors
Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Commitment to safe work practices
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience in construction, insulation, or material handling
Basic fabrication experience (metal, PVC)
Knowledge of inventory management systems
Familiarity with insulation materials
Compensation and Benefits
Expected annual compensation: $25 hourly
